Terms and Conditions of Club Membership at 6E Club

Reviewed · for members in India · simple English

Lancer holding an unrolled scroll for the 6E Club terms and conditions

By using the official 6E Club website you accept the membership terms set out here, covering the handbook chapters, the join and sign-in forms, and the free demo in the club room. They are written in everyday English, with nothing tucked away in small print.

In force from 24 October 2026. Reading the pages or joining the club means you accept these rules. A member who disagrees with any of them should simply leave the site and stop using it.

Who These Terms Bind

The rules cover every visitor and every member, on every page of this website and in the club room. The notes on what your browser stores form part of them, and both are linked from the footer of each page.

Membership Starts at 18

You must be 18 or older to join or to use the club room. Ticking the age box on the join form is your promise that you are. Nobody younger may use the demo, even though it holds no money. Where a young person has joined on a household phone, an adult can wipe that membership using Delete account in the club room.

Demo Coins Are Counters, Never Money

Every new member receives 6,000 demo coins, and the Refill coins button restores that balance at any time, free. The coins are game counters only. They carry no cash value, and nobody can buy, sell, gift, move to another member or pay them out to UPI, a bank or a wallet. There are no prizes of any kind.

Member levels from Guest to Legend are badges that record rounds played. They bring no perks, no better returns and no priority. Each result is a fresh draw of one digit from 0 to 9 made inside your browser, every digit exactly 1 in 10, and the club offers no prediction service. A person offering to trade or cash in coins in the club's name is not the club; the chapter on why coins never cash out shows how those offers work.

Using the Club Room Fairly

The site is free and open to all adults. In return, you agree not to:

  • run bots, scripts or other automation against the club room or the pages;
  • try to overload, break into, copy or disrupt the site or its hosting;
  • edit stored demo data to fake a balance, level or result and pass it off as real;
  • use the 6E Club name, logo or screenshots to sell tips, coins, codes or any paid service;
  • use anything from this site to bully, frighten or deceive another person.

The club may shut out any device or network that misuses the site, and need not warn it first.

Looking After Your Own Account

The account exists solely in the browser you joined from, so keeping it safe is your job. Choose a password you use nowhere else, sign out on a shared phone, and remember that a password cannot be reset because no copy exists online. Wiping site data, or joining from a private tab, deletes the account, and the club cannot bring it back.

What the Club Does and Does Not Promise

The handbook gives general information for adults learning about colour rounds and online safety. It is not legal, financial or professional advice. Chapters are checked and dated, yet facts outside the demo can change, so check anything that matters against a government or other official page.

The site and the club room are offered as they are, with no promise beyond what these terms state: no promise that they will always be online, free of faults or unchanged. Features may be changed, paused or removed. Look-alike sites, apps, groups and phone numbers that copy the name are not covered by these terms, and the club is not responsible for anything they say or take. Outside links run under their own owners' rules. Nothing here removes a right that Indian law says cannot be removed.

Money Games and the 2025 Act

India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 has outlawed online money games throughout India since 1 May 2026, and not one coin in the demo is ever money. Members may not use the club, its name or its pages to advertise, organise or point people towards any money game. These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the laws of India.

Keep the Club a Pastime

Pick a number of rounds before the timer starts, and shut the tab when you reach that number, whatever the last result was. Long late-night sessions are a sign to take a few days off, even with free coins.

Members must be 18 or older. Demo coins in the 6E Club demo room cost nothing to get and can never turn into cash, and each round's digit is picked fresh when its timer ends, so nobody (the club included) knows it ahead of time. Online money games are banned across India by the 2025 online gaming law, which took effect on 1 May 2026. Read the limits and helplines page for limits, breaks and free help.

How These Terms Get Updated

These terms and conditions may be revised when the site, the demo or the law changes. Only the newest wording, dated at the top, applies, and carrying on with the site after a change counts as agreeing to it.

Questions about a rule can go to the club desk once its inbox opens. For the wider picture, return to the 6E Club handbook home.
