Contact 6E Club: The Club Desk, What to Send and What to Keep Private
Reviewed · for members in India · simple English

Members who want to contact 6E Club usually have one of three reasons: a question about the free demo, an error spotted in a handbook chapter, or a warning about someone misusing the club's name. This page explains where each of those stands today.
The short answer: the club inbox is not open yet, there is no phone line of any kind, and the self-help chapters already answer most questions. If you have lost money to a scam, do not wait for us: the fraud steps further down work right now.
Is the Club Desk Open Yet?
Not yet. A club inbox is being set up, and no address will be printed here until it can really receive mail. There is no contact form either: the site is a set of plain pages with nothing behind them to collect a message. When the inbox opens, its address will appear on this page and nowhere else.
Until then, any email, chat or call that claims to come from the club desk did not come from us. Treat it the way you would treat a stranger asking for your house keys.
Which Routes Are Genuine
Use this table to sort a real route from an invented one in a few seconds.
| Route | Status today | Your safe move |
|---|---|---|
| Club inbox by email | Being set up, not open | Wait for the address to appear on this page |
| Form on a website | Does not exist; the site has nothing to receive it | Close any page asking for details "to reach 6E Club" |
| Helpline or mobile number | Never offered | Do not call back and never read out a code |
| WhatsApp or Telegram chat | Never offered | Block the sender and report it inside the app |
| Instagram, YouTube or Facebook messages | No official profiles yet | Ignore offers of help, tips or refunds |
| Handbook chapters on this site | Open now | Start with the self-help links below |
There is a simple reason no helpline exists. Your account, coins and history sit in your own browser, so no one at the club could look them up, refill them or reset a password even if you called.
Answers You Can Get Today
These chapters cover the questions members would otherwise send:
- The club's self-help desk sorts sign-in, coin, room and slow-screen problems into quick fixes.
- A lost password is explained in the members' sign-in chapter, including why no reset can exist.
- Short "can I" doubts are grouped in the question list by topic.
- What the browser keeps, and how to wipe it, is in the storage and deletion notes.
When the Inbox Opens: What to Put in Your Note
When you contact 6E Club through the new inbox, a few details make a useful first reply possible:
- the title or address of the chapter you are writing about;
- your phone or laptop and browser, for example Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone;
- what you saw, in order, and roughly when it happened in India time;
- for a round, the room length and its period number;
- for a fake, the link, the number or a screenshot of the message itself.
Keep these private, from us and from anyone using the club's name:
- any password, including the one for your club account;
- OTPs, your UPI PIN, ATM PIN or card numbers;
- screenshots of a banking or payment app;
- Aadhaar, PAN or any other ID.
The club has no use for any of these. A person who asks for them is attempting fraud.
Lost Money to Someone Using the Club's Name?
Do not wait for the inbox. Take these steps today, in this order:
- Call 1930, the national cyber fraud helpline. The sooner you call, the better the chance a payment can be held.
- File a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal with screenshots, the link or number used and the time of each payment.
- Contact your bank through its official app or the number on your card and ask it to block further debits.
- If the scheme promised returns on money, you can also report it on RBI Sachet.
- Stop replying, and never pay a "recovery agent" who offers to get the money back for a fee.
To see how a genuine club page differs from a copy, start from the 6E Club entrance page and follow its links rather than links sent to you.
Someone to Talk To
Losing money, or feeling unable to stop playing money apps, can weigh on anyone. You do not have to carry it alone. Tele MANAS is a free government line on 14416, open day and night in several Indian languages.
Members must be 18 or older. Demo coins in the 6E Club demo room cost nothing to get and can never turn into cash, and each round's digit is picked fresh when its timer ends, so nobody (the club included) knows it ahead of time. Online money games are banned across India by the 2025 online gaming law, which took effect on 1 May 2026. Read the helpline list for limits, breaks and free help.
