6E Club Customer Care: The Club Secretary’s Desk, With No Phone Line and No Queue
Reviewed · for members in India · simple English

6E Club customer care works differently from the help lines you may know, because the club keeps nothing about you on a server. Your account, coins and picks live in your own browser, so most fixes are in your hands. This chapter of the official club handbook is the secretary’s desk: a problem table first, then how to write to the club, then how to spot the fake helplines that borrow our name.
There is no phone line, no WhatsApp number, no Telegram desk, and no email inbox open yet. Keep that one fact in mind and most scams fall apart on their own. Wherever you can, test a fix yourself in the free club room before you write.
Club rules for this topic
In the club
- Fix most sign-in, coin and room problems yourself with the problem table
- Write to the club once the contact inbox opens; the contact page explains
- Report fake pages, apps and helpline numbers that use the club name
- Use Refill coins and Delete account on your own, any time
The club never
- Runs a phone line, a WhatsApp number or Telegram support
- Asks for your password, an OTP, a UPI PIN or bank details
- Asks you to install a screen-sharing or remote-control app
- Charges a fee for help, refills or “unlocking” anything
Try it in the demo: Open the club room, sign in, and try a fix from the table, such as a reload or Refill coins, before you decide you need to write.
Club roomFirst Stop at the 6E Club Customer Care Desk: The Problem Table
Most questions that reach any help desk come from a handful of problems. The table puts them in one place. Read across each row: the quick fix usually works, and the third column says what to do when it does not.
| Problem | Quick fix | Still stuck? |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot sign in | Use the same phone and browser where you joined, in a normal tab, not a private one. Usernames use small letters only | No password reset exists. If the password is lost, join again with a new username |
| Username “not found” | You may be in a different browser, or in the iPhone home-screen icon, which keeps its own storage | Open the browser you joined in. If none has it, the account is gone |
| Coins ran low or hit zero | Tap Refill coins: the balance goes back to 6,000 at once | Nothing to report. Refills are free and unlimited |
| A pick did not go through | Picks close in the last 5 seconds of each period. Place it earlier in the next round | Check “My picks” to see what was saved |
| Timer frozen or jumpy | Reload the page and set your phone’s date and time to automatic | Close other tabs, or try another browser |
| Screen slow on a budget phone | Close other apps and tabs, turn off data saver for this site, then reload | Update the browser, or try the room on a different one |
| Account, level or history gone | Ask yourself: was site data cleared, a cleaner app run, or a private tab used? Each deletes browser storage | It cannot be restored. Join again; levels restart at Guest |
| Results feel wrong | Open the results list and the digit count for the last 100 rounds | Read the result worry section below |
Notice the pattern: almost every fix happens on your own phone, because that is where the club lives. For a slower walk through sign-in messages one by one, the members’ sign-in guide has its own error table.
Three buttons, three very different results
Many 6E Club customer care questions start with the wrong button. Before you tap anything in a hurry, know what each one does:
- Refill coins sets your balance back to 6,000. Your account, level and history stay exactly as they were. Use it as often as you like.
- Delete account removes the account, coins, level and history from this browser. Use it only when you truly want to leave, or to remove an account someone else made on your phone.
- Clear site data (in the browser settings) or a phone cleaner app does the same as Delete account, without asking. Keep both away from the club unless you mean it.

Why the Club’s Help Starts in Your Browser
The 6E Club demo stores everything in the browser on your device: your username, a salted hash of your password, your coins, picks, results and member level. Nothing is sent to a server. That is good for your privacy, and it also sets clear limits on what 6E Club customer care can do.
| Request | Can the club do it? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Reset a forgotten password | No | The password is never stored as text, and nothing is online to reset |
| Restore a deleted or cleared account | No | The account existed only in your browser |
| Move an account to a new phone | No | Accounts do not sync between phones or browsers |
| Add coins or raise a level | No, and never needed | Refill coins is free; levels come only from rounds played |
| Change or re-check a past result | No | Each digit is drawn in your browser, and nobody can set it |
| Fix an error in a guide, or log a fake | Yes | Through the contact page, once the inbox opens |
A “No” here is not the club being unhelpful. It simply has nothing to look at. The club’s privacy page lists each item your browser keeps and how to remove it, which also explains why nobody else can see it.
New phone, shared phone, second browser
Because nothing syncs, a new phone means a new membership. Join again on the new handset; your level starts at Guest and climbs with rounds played, exactly as before. On a shared family phone, each adult can keep a separate account in the same browser, as long as everyone signs out after playing. A second browser on the same phone, such as Chrome and Samsung Internet, also counts as a separate place, with its own accounts.
A Five-Step Check Before You Decide You Need Help
This is the 6E Club customer care routine members can run in a couple of minutes. Do it in the club room itself, so you see the answer instead of guessing.
- Reload the page and wait for the round timer to start ticking.
- Check that you are in the browser where you joined, not a private tab or another app.
- Set your phone’s date and time to automatic, so the India time (IST) timer lines up.
- Open the club room, sign in and place one small pick in the 30-second room.
- Watch the result arrive, then open “My picks”. If the pick is listed, the room works.
If all five steps pass, the problem was a passing one. If step 2 fails, your account sits in another browser. If step 4 fails, copy the exact message on the screen before you write; it saves a lot of back and forth.

“The Same Colour Six Times”: Checking a Result Worry Yourself
A run of one colour is the most common reason people ask 6E Club customer care whether a round is unfair. You can answer it yourself. Here is what actually happens. At the end of each period, your browser draws one digit from 0 to 9 with its cryptographic random generator. Each digit has exactly 1 chance in 10, every round, with no memory of the last one.
Runs are normal in random draws, and our minds are quick to read meaning into them. The idea that a colour is “due” after a long run has a name, the streak fallacy, and the digit count in the club room describes the past only; it predicts nothing.
One more thing surprises friends who play side by side: each browser draws its own digit, so two phones can show different results for the same period number. That is expected, not a fault, and no member or anyone at the club can set or see a digit early.
Sending a Note to the Club Secretary: What to Put In, What to Leave Out
Writing is the last step of 6E Club customer care, not the first. The club’s contact inbox is still being set up. For now, the club’s contact page explains what is coming and how to reach fraud help today. When the inbox opens, a short, complete note gets the clearest answer.
Put in
- The page address where you saw the problem.
- Your phone type and browser, for example Android with Chrome.
- The room and the period number, if your note is about a round.
- The exact words of any message, or a screenshot that shows nothing private.
- For a fake: the address, number or channel name, and where you found it.
Leave out
- Your password. The club never needs it, not even to “check”.
- OTPs, UPI PINs, card numbers or bank details.
- Aadhaar, PAN or any other ID document.
- Screenshots that show your notifications, chats or payment apps.
A note that gets a clear answer
A good note is short and specific. For example: “Android phone, Chrome. In the 1-minute room this evening, the timer stopped and did not restart after a reload. Other sites load fine. No error message.” That tells the club where to look, without one private detail.
What happens after you write
The club reads what members send, but it does not promise a reply time, and some notes, like a fake report, need no answer at all. A reply will never come as a phone call, a WhatsApp message or a request to install anything. If you are waiting on something urgent, like money sent to a stranger, do not wait for the club: go straight to 1930.
Every “Helpline Number” You Find Is Someone Else’s
Search results, comment sections and video descriptions sometimes show a 6E Club customer care number. The club has none: no phone line, no WhatsApp, no Telegram support. Whoever answers such a number is not from the club, however polite they sound. The table shows how the two compare.
| Sign | The real club desk | A fake helpline or agent |
|---|---|---|
| How you reach it | The contact page on this website | A phone number, WhatsApp chat, Telegram account or comment reply |
| First thing it asks | A description of the problem | Your phone number, an OTP, your UPI ID or a screenshot of your bank app |
| Tools | None. You fix things in your own browser | A screen-sharing or remote-access app to “check your account” |
| Money | Never asked for | A “verification”, “unlock”, “tax” or “release” fee |
| Tone | No rush and no countdown | Pressure: “your account will be blocked today” |
| Promises | Honest answers, nothing more | Coins, cash, a higher level or “recovery” of lost money |
Many fake agents end with a UPI collect request. Remember that you only ever enter your UPI PIN to send money, never to receive it; the NPCI, which runs UPI, repeats the same rule. A request to “enter your PIN to get your refund” is always a trick.

Look-Alike Sites, Apps and Channels Using Our Name
Fake helplines are one part of a bigger pattern: pages, apps and channels that borrow the 6E Club name to look trusted. The club’s only home is 6eclub.club. Anything else that claims to be 6E Club customer care, an official app or a members’ group is not the club. Here is how each kind usually shows itself.
- Sites: an address close to the club’s own, with extra words, dashes, numbers or another ending, offering deposits, bonuses or withdrawals.
- Apps and files: anything offered as an APK, mod or “pro” version. The chapter on why the club has no APK file shows the safe way to pin the real club instead.
- Channels and groups: Telegram, WhatsApp or video accounts calling themselves official support, “prediction” groups, or posts selling codes. The club’s guide to fake gift code messages shows what those posts are after.
- People: “agents” in comments or direct messages who offer coins, levels or cash-outs for a fee. Demo coins can never be cashed out, so every such offer is a trick.
Four quick tests for any “helper”
Before you trust anyone who says they are 6E Club customer care, ask yourself these four questions. One “yes” is enough to walk away.
- Did they reach you first, by call, message or comment, instead of you writing to the club?
- Do they want you to move the chat to WhatsApp, Telegram or a private message?
- Do they need a code, a PIN, a screenshot of a payment app or an app install?
- Is there a fee, a deadline or a promise of coins, cash or a higher level?
How to report a look-alike
- If you lost money or shared a PIN or OTP, call 1930 at once and file a report on the national cyber crime portal.
- Call your bank as well, and ask it to block or watch the account.
- If it is a scheme asking people to invest or bring in others, report it on RBI Sachet, even if you lost nothing.
- Report the post, account or page inside the app where you found it, and warn whoever forwarded it.
- Tell the club too: send the details through the contact route with the address, number or channel name and where you saw it.
Every report helps the next member. If you are unsure whether something is real, start again from the 6E Club main page you opened yourself, and compare.

Test the Fix in the Club Room
Joining takes a minute and gives you 6,000 demo coins. Nothing to pay, nothing to withdraw, no prizes. Adults 18+ only.
Club Safety Rule
Problems with a game can feel bigger than they are, especially late at night or after a losing run of picks. If you notice frustration building, close the room and come back another day; your coins and level will wait.
Never let a stranger “help” by taking over your phone, and never pay anyone to fix, unlock or recover anything in a free demo. Real 6E Club customer care costs nothing and asks for nothing private.
If stress, money worries or a scam is weighing on you, talk to someone. Tele MANAS offers free, confidential support on 14416; see the Tele MANAS website for more.
Members must be 18 or older. Demo coins in the 6E Club demo room cost nothing to get and can never turn into cash, and each round's digit is picked fresh when its timer ends, so nobody (the club included) knows it ahead of time. Online money games are banned across India by the 2025 online gaming law, which took effect on 1 May 2026. Read the free helplines that listen for limits, breaks and free help.
Questions Members Bring to the Help Desk
Is there a 6E Club customer care email address I can save for later?
Not yet. The club’s contact inbox is still being set up, and the contact page will show the address once it works. Until then, any email address that claims to be 6E Club customer care is not ours. For fraud, use 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in straight away instead of waiting.
Do I need to be signed in before I ask the club for help?
No. Help never depends on your account, and the club cannot see your account anyway, because it lives only in your browser. Write from any device. Just describe the problem, the phone and the browser, and never include your password.
My teenager joined the club room on my phone. Can customer care close that account?
The club cannot reach your phone, but you can. Open the club room in that browser, sign in to the account and use Delete account, which removes it with its coins, level and history. Membership is for adults 18+ only, so consider a screen lock or your phone’s family controls as well.
A video says customer care can turn demo coins into cash for a small fee. Is that true?
No. Demo coins have no cash value and can never be paid out, by anyone, for any fee. The video is the first step of a payment trick. Do not contact the number in it, and report the video inside the app where you saw it.
Someone in a comment thread says they are the club secretary. How can I tell?
You can tell from the place itself. The club does not answer questions in comments, direct messages or chat groups, and it never posts a phone number. A friendly “secretary” in a comment thread is a stranger hoping you will move the chat somewhere private.
I spotted an error in one of the club’s guides. Where do I report it?
Through the contact page, once the inbox opens. Include the page address, the sentence that looks wrong and what you think is correct. Corrections help every member, and they never need any personal details from you.
Leaving the 6E Club Customer Care Desk
6E Club customer care comes down to three habits. Fix it yourself first with the problem table and the five-step check. Write to the club through the contact page when the inbox opens, with nothing private in your note. And treat every phone number, WhatsApp chat or Telegram “agent” that uses our name as a stranger.
The club cannot reset a password or bring back a deleted account, because it never held them in the first place. That same design means nobody at the club can see your data, change a result or ask you for money. For anything this desk did not cover, the club’s full list of member questions is the next place to look.
